Done-For-You Webinar Funnels for Coaches, Built and Live in 14 Days

A done-for-you webinar funnel is one we build for an offer that already sells: ads, pages, webinar deck, emails, texts, booking, sales scripts and tracking. You record three short videos from our scripts and take the calls. It is live in 14 days, or we keep working for free.

One brand new offer went from $0 to $1,230,101 in 60 days on cold traffic webinars. Results are not typical.

1What is a done-for-you webinar funnel?

Someone else builds the whole webinar sales funnel for you. An ad invites people to a free training. They sign up, get reminders, and watch. At the end you make an offer, and the people who fit book a call with your team. This is the Webinar Engine of the Cashflow Coaches Scaling System.

You don't learn funnels or manage freelancers. You record three short videos from scripts we write, approve each piece, and take the calls.

Webinars work well for offers that need some teaching first. A webinar squeezes the sales cycle into about 7 to 14 days. You lose money for the 2 to 3 days of promotion, then sales spike on the day and the day after. So the follow-up matters as much as the webinar. To learn the model first, read the webinar funnel guide, or compare it with other funnel types. Not sure a webinar is what you need? Find the exact bottleneck in your business first.

We launch 30 ads. Only 1 or 2 out of every 30 ads tend to win. Launch a handful and ads can look like they don't work.

Building it yourself? Get the webinar funnel builder Claude skill. It maps every page, email and text in this table for your offer.

If a webinar doesn't fit your offer, a done-for-you VSL funnel runs every day with a shorter video. See how the two fit into a full client acquisition system.

3What goes in the webinar itself?

A webinar is not a class. It is about 90 minutes that move a cold viewer from curious to "I want to talk to this person". Every section builds one of three beliefs: the method works, you are the one to teach it, and they can do it too. The third is the hardest, and the one that books calls. We write the offer slide first, then build every section to make it the obvious next step.

MinutesSectionWhat happens
0 to 3OpenAsk the chat where they are from and what they want from today. Under a minute of waiting.
3 to 8PromiseWhat they will walk away with. Name your three teaching parts.
8 to 15Proof first4 to 6 kinds of proof before your story: your results, client results, totals. Cold viewers decide early whether you are real.
15 to 22Your storyWhere you were, the low point, the turn, where you are now. The method did it, not luck.
22 to 27Why nowThree or more real, dated reasons this matters this year. Never just "now is the best time".
27 to 60Three teaching partsEach one: the way most people try it, what that costs them, the new way, the steps at a high level, a client who did it, then "type YES if that makes sense". Teach what to do, not every click.
60 to 66Three pathsDo nothing. Try it alone. Get help. Then ask permission to share the offer.
66 to 80The offerWhat it is, what it does for them, the booking link, bonuses, guarantee, the link again. Never the price: that is for the call. Put the link up 4 to 6 times, not once at the end.
80 to 90+QuestionsThe top questions from your sales calls, one per slide, answered out loud. Stay while people stay.

Most low booking rates come from a short close. Stay in the offer and questions for an hour or more. Track how many peak viewers are still there when the pitch starts, and aim for 80% or more. To script your own, get the webinar run of show writer Claude skill.

Questions to ask any done-for-you webinar provider

Send these before you pay anyone, us included. Vague answers are your answer.

Copy and send
1. Who writes the webinar, and from what: my client stories and sales calls, or a template?
2. How many ads launch in the first month, and how many different angles?
3. How many days before each webinar do you promote it?
4. Which emails and texts go out before it, and when?
5. What do attendees who did not book get? What do people who missed it get?
6. Who calls the leads after each webinar, and in what order?
7. Which numbers will I see after every webinar: cost per registrant, attendance, booking rate, show rate, close rate, cash?
8. Who owns the ad account, pages, list and recordings?
9. What date will it be live, and what happens if you miss it?
10. Is there a monthly fee after the build? What does it cover?

5How does the 14-day build work?

The guarantee: if the full system isn't live and taking bookings within 14 days of kickoff, we keep working for free until it is. The clock pauses while a step is waiting on you. We do not guarantee revenue, and you should be careful of anyone who does.

6What numbers should a webinar funnel hit?

Operators running high ticket webinar funnels on cold traffic commonly report these numbers. They are not Cashflow Coaches results.

StepBenchmark
Ad clicks and viewsCPM of $30 to $80, link click rate around 2%
Registration page opt-in rate20% to 50%
Cost per registrant$10 to $15 great, $15 to $20 average, over $30 rarely works
Live attendance30% great, about 20% average, 10% to 15% means something is broken
Still watching at the pitch80% or more
Attendees at the pitch who bookabout 30%
Show rate on those calls70% or better
Close rate on calls that show35% or better
Return on ad spend3x to 5x when it works; about break-even when it does not

Promote each live webinar for 3 days at most. Same-day sign-ups can show up at 40% or more, while people who sign up three or more days out show up at about 10% or less.

7What reminders go out before the webinar?

Paid registrants who never show are the biggest cost in a webinar funnel. Emails carry value and reminders. Texts carry reminders only.

WhenSent byJob
At sign-upEmail and textConfirm the time in their time zone. The join link goes by email and calendar invite.
First hours after sign-up4 or 5 short emailsHow the method works, your story, the biggest objection. Day-of sign-ups get them all.
Each day before1 or 2 emailsA client story, a deeper answer, one objection. Each ends with why to show up.
24 hours before, morning ofEmail and textThe time again and today's agenda
1 hour, 10 minutes, at startText and email"We are live" and the link by email
10 minutes inText"Trouble joining?" A real person answers the replies.

Reminder emails tend to open at 40% to 60% and texts at 80% to 90% or more. Email opens under 40% point to a deliverability problem. Don't text the join link, because people who watch on a phone tend to buy less.

8What emails go out after the webinar?

We tag each person by what they did, then send the path that fits. Most registrants miss the live webinar, so the replay path alone can double revenue from the same ad spend in one operator's example.

Setters calling attendees who did not book first, then registrants who missed it, can roughly double a webinar's return over about 10 days. One operator's replay path runs 5 to 6 days with a hard expiry. Booked calls then need to show up. Check yours with the show rate calculator.

After those first three days, everyone who has not bought gets one more stretch. A three-line email says teaching emails are coming and how to opt out. Then four days of teaching with no link, one objection per email, soft to hard. The pitch goes out once, on day five.

12Who is it for, and who is it not for?

A fitOffer already sells
  • Coaches, consultants and experts
  • You sell on calls and buyers get results
  • You can fund ads from $150 a day
  • You or a closer can take the calls
Not a fitOffer not proven
  • Nobody has bought it yet
  • You want someone to fund your ads for a cut
  • You want a template and a report
  • Nobody can take sales calls

If your offer hasn't sold yet, we will tell you to fix that first.

To hire for the phones, read how to hire a high ticket closer and our guide to high ticket sales. For other options, see agency vs done-for-you.

13Worked example: Dana fixes her pitch

Dana is a made-up business coach with a $6,000 offer. She spends $7,500 on one webinar.

LineThe mathsResult
Registrants$7,500 ÷ $20375
Attendees375 × 20%75
Booked calls75 × 20%15 ($500 each)
Calls that showed15 × 70%10.5
New clients10.5 × 30%3.15
Revenue3.15 × $6,000$18,900 (2.5x)

Her step check shows booking rate is weakest: 20% against a 30% benchmark. Her pitch was rushed, and the book button only showed up at the very end. She slows the offer down, puts the button on screen as soon as she explains the offer, and has a setter text every attendee who did not book. Booking rate goes to 30%. Nothing else changes.

$18,900 to $28,350 from a new pitch
Before$18,900
  • 15 booked calls
  • $500 per booked call
  • 3.15 clients, 2.5x
After a new pitch$28,350
  • 22.5 booked calls
  • $333 per booked call
  • 4.7 clients, 3.8x

Made-up example. Same ads, same $7,500.

Her follow-up then runs on the follow-up map above, so the people who saw the offer but did not book get a setter call first.

14Live or automated webinar funnel?

Start live. You hear the questions and fix the pitch each week. Automating a webinar costs about one point of return, for example 4x down to 3x. Once the live webinar is working every week, we can turn it into a scheduled automated one. For whether webinars still pay, read are webinars still effective. For how a VSL fits alongside, see sales funnel.

15What to do this week

  1. Pull your last webinar or sales call numbers: registrants, attendees, booked calls, shows, closes.
  2. Put them in the math tool above and find your weakest step.
  3. Write down your three best client stories, with real before and after numbers.
  4. List the five questions buyers ask most on your sales calls. Those become the webinar's objection section.
  5. Decide your test budget: one webinar a week for four weeks.
  6. Answer the six questions below to find the one thing to fix first.
Is your offer ready for a done-for-you webinar funnel?
1. How does your offer sell today?
2. What is your price?
3. How many client results can you show, with real numbers?
4. What can you spend on ads per webinar?
5. Who works the leads after each webinar?
6. Can you present live once a week for about 90 minutes?
Answer all questions.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a done-for-you webinar funnel cost?

Our install is a one-time five-figure fee, with the exact number on the call. Ad spend is separate and is paid to Meta from your own ad account, from $150 a day. There is no retainer to start.

How long does it take to build a webinar funnel?

We build and launch the whole funnel in 14 days from kickoff. If it is not live and taking bookings by then, we keep working for free until it is. Then we stay with you for 30 more days until it is booking calls.

Are webinars still effective in 2026?

Yes, for offers that already sell on calls. One brand new offer collected $1,230,101 in 60 days from cold traffic webinars. That result is not typical. Operators running cold webinars commonly report about 3x to 5x on ad spend when it works, and about break-even when it does not.

Should my webinar be live or automated?

Start live. You learn faster, and live sessions feel more real to buyers. Moving a webinar to automated costs about one point of return, for example 4x down to 3x, so automate once the live one is working.

What emails should go out after a webinar?

A different path for each group. People who saw the offer and booked get reminders until the call. People who saw it and did not book get a short close sequence and a setter call. People who left early get the replay cued to the offer. People who missed it get a 5 to 6 day replay sequence with a real deadline.

How much should I spend on webinar ads?

We start clients from $150 a day. A common test is about $5,000 to $7,500 per webinar, or about $20,000 to $35,000 a month on a weekly webinar. Spend what you can lose without hurting you, and repeat it every week.

Is a done-for-you webinar funnel better than a template pack?

Only if you want it built for you. A template pack gives you pages and emails to fill in, and you still write the webinar, run the ads and set up booking and tracking. Done for you builds all of it and puts it live in 14 days.

Do I own the funnel after the build?

Yes. Your ad account, pages, copy, email list, booking flow and data are yours. Nothing is a template we take back, and the dashboard shows the raw numbers.
