An offer and no way to sell it to strangers

A brand new offer has no past numbers, so you find out if it sells on the first live webinar.

The job was the whole chain, from a stranger seeing an ad to a closer taking a payment, built and live before the first dollar of ad spend.

2What we built in 14 days, from the ad to the closer

Meta ads to cold traffic

We built the Meta ads. They sent cold people to one place: the webinar sign-up page. In the first 24 days, ad spend was $20,000 at most.

The registration page

It turned the click from the ad into a registration for the next live webinar.

The webinar deck

We built the deck presented on the live webinar, where the selling happened. The next step after it was a booked call.

Emails and texts

Email sequences and text messages went out so people who signed up showed up to the webinar, and then showed up to their call.

The booking flow

After the webinar, buyers booked a call. The booking flow put them straight onto the sales team's calendar.

Setter and closer scripts

Setters followed up and booked calls. Closers took the calls. We wrote the scripts for both roles.

The CRM

The CRM held the leads, the booked calls and the sales, so the setters knew who to call and the numbers sat in one place.

The client did not build any of it.

3$15,000 on day 1, $1,230,101 by day 60

  1. Days −14 to 0The build

Ads, registration page, webinar deck, email sequences, setter scripts and the CRM. Built for them in 14 days.

  2. Day 1First webinar: $15,000

The first live webinar sold $15,000. Two setters were hired the same day to keep up with the calls.

  3. Week 3$145,700 on the dashboard, plus $50,000 in wires

About two and a half weeks in, the payment account showed $145,700, with another $50,000 paid by bank wire. Single payments on the screen were $5,000, $7,500, $10,000 and $20,000.

  4. Day 24$528,000 on $20,000 of ads at most

$428,764 on the payment account in the last 30 days, plus about $100,000 in wires. Ad spend for that stretch was $20,000 at the very most.

  5. Day 25$57,000 in one day

Worked out from the day 26 chart.

  6. Day 26$102,500 in one day

The biggest day of the launch. $45,500 more than the day before. Sales landed in five separate bursts, from about 2am to 8pm.

  7. Day 32Month one: $586,252

Aug 23 to Sep 23. By now the team was 3 setters and 4 closers, because two setters could not keep up with the calls.

  8. Days 32 to 59Month two: $587,299

The four weeks from Sep 23 to Oct 20 came in 6.48% higher than the four weeks before. No drop after the launch.

  9. Last 7 days$179,100 in a week

Oct 14 to Oct 20 came in 11.24% higher than the week before. Still climbing at the end of the window.

  10. Day 60$1,230,101 collected

    From 300+ booked calls.

Day 25 is $102,500 minus the $45,500 rise on the day 26 chart. Day 1 is Aug 23.

Average cash per day$1,230,101 ÷ 60 daysabout $19,300
Average return on ad spendAs shown on our home page timeline35x

The proof says 300+ calls, so the real cash per call is a little lower than $4,100. High ticket webinars with a deadline usually bring $3,000 to $5,000 in cash per call that shows up. This case sits inside that range on a per booked call basis, which is a stricter test, since not every booked call shows.

Operators running webinars to cold traffic commonly report about 3x to 5x return on ad spend when a webinar is working. 26x and up is far outside that. Treat it as the top end of what a webinar can do.

What this number includes

The $1,230,101 is gross payments processed in the 60 days. Ad spend and fees are not taken off. Bank wires are not in the payment chart, so they are left out too. The posts at the time mention $50,000 in wires by week 3 and about $100,000 by day 24.

6A new offer sells on day 1 when every step is live first

1. Everything was live before the first webinar

The first webinar sold $15,000 on day 1. That only happens when the ads, page, deck, reminders, booking flow and scripts are all ready at the same time.

2. Sales seats were added the same day demand showed up

Two setters on day 1. Three setters and four closers by the end of month one. Launches often stall when nobody calls the leads back fast enough. Here the team grew as fast as the calendar did.

3. Each call was worth a lot

Single payments on the dashboard ran from $5,000 to $20,000. At up to $4,100 per booked call, a few hundred calls turned into over a million dollars.

4. The webinar kept running after the launch

Month two came in at $587,299, against $586,252 in month one. There was no drop, because the webinar kept running and kept booking calls every week.

What to copy this week

  1. Work out your cash per booked call. Cash collected last month divided by calls booked last month. It tells you what a call is worth to you.
  2. Count your sales seats. How many people can call a new lead back today? If the answer is one, that is your ceiling.
  3. End the webinar with one action. Book a call, and nothing else.
  4. Send reminders by email and by text. For the webinar and again for the call.
  5. Track cash every day, not every month. A daily number shows you a good webinar the morning after, not four weeks later.
  6. Keep the webinar running after launch week. Run it again next week. In this case month two matched month one.

Frequently asked questions

What results can a cold-traffic webinar funnel produce?

In this case, Blake Mathews's brand new high-ticket offer collected $1,230,101 in 60 days from cold Meta traffic sent to live webinars, starting from $0. That is a real result from one client and it is not typical. Operators running webinars to cold traffic commonly report about 3x to 5x return on ad spend when a webinar is working.

How long did it take to build the webinar funnel?

14 days. That covered the Meta ads, the registration page, the webinar deck, the email sequences, the setter scripts and the CRM. The client did not build any of it.

How much was spent on ads?

In the first 24 days, ad spend was $20,000 at most, against $528,000 collected in that stretch (including about $100,000 paid by wire). Our home page timeline shows a 35x average return on ad spend for the launch.

How many sales calls did it take to make $1.23M?

300+ booked calls in 60 days. That works out to up to $4,100 in cash per booked call. Single payments ranged from $5,000 to $20,000.

Who took the sales calls?

The client's own sales team. Two setters were hired on day 1. By the end of month one there were 3 setters and 4 closers. We wrote the scripts for both roles.

Did sales drop after the launch?

No. Month one (Aug 23 to Sep 23) was $586,252. The four weeks after (Sep 23 to Oct 20) were $587,299, up 6.48% on the four weeks before. The last seven days were $179,100, up 11.24% on the week before.

Are webinars still effective in 2026?

Yes, when every step is built and tracked. This launch ran on cold traffic with no list and no audience. It worked because the ads, page, webinar, reminders, booking flow and sales team were all live on day 1, and the webinar kept running every week.

Is this result typical?

No. It is the biggest result on our home page. Your result depends on your offer, your price, your market, your ad spend and how well your team works the calls. Cashflow Coaches does not guarantee revenue.
