An online sales funnel builder is software that makes the pages a buyer walks through: an opt-in page, a sales page or video, a booking page or checkout, and a thank-you page. The good ones also send the emails and texts in between.

A website builder makes pages too. A funnel website builder also links each step to the next and tracks who dropped off where.

5How do you build a sales funnel in 7 steps?

1. Pick one offer and one buyer. One price and one kind of person.
2. Pick the sales motion. Over about $2,000, sell on a call. Under that, a checkout page.
3. Write the page from your sales calls. Answer the questions buyers ask most, in that order.
4. Put the calendar on the same page as the application. About half of qualified applicants never book when the form and calendar sit on separate pages.
5. Split the page after the form. People who fit go to a confirmation page with a video, proof and what happens next. People who do not fit go to a not-a-fit page with a cheaper offer. Put your ad pixel's booking event on the confirmation page only, so the ads find more people who fit. Then set reminders by email and text: 24 hours before, the morning of, and 1 hour before.
6. Follow up fast. Text new leads within 2 to 3 minutes and call within 5 to 7.
7. Check each step after a week. Compare it to the map, then fix the weakest one before you add ad spend. If you cannot tell which step it is, find the exact bottleneck in your business.

Prices change, so check again before you buy.
