Best Webinar Platforms for Coaches Selling High Ticket

For a coach selling a high ticket offer, the best webinar platform is the one that gets people to show up and book a call. Zoom Webinars suits live events for a known audience. WebinarJam and EverWebinar suit sales webinars. Livestorm and Demio suit B2B. Pick by your funnel, not by features.

Our clients run live webinars on cold traffic. Brecken Troike's webinar returned $326,552 on $8,836 of ads (36.96x). Results are not typical.

4Each platform in one minute

Zoom Webinars

Zoom Webinars is the Zoom webinar platform for big audiences, separate from Zoom Meetings. Most buyers already have Zoom, so fewer people get stuck at the door. Great for a live event with a warm or B2B crowd. It is not built for selling, so offers go in the chat. Better pick when your audience is corporate or already knows you.

GoTo Webinar

GoTo Webinar, often searched as GoToWebinar, is a long-standing tool for training and recurring company webinars. Solid, plain and familiar to B2B teams. Better pick when you run training series for companies. Check prices on their site; we could not load them.

WebinarJam

Built for direct sales: timed offer pop-ups, countdowns and replays. Rooms from 100 to 5,000. The Starter plan stops at one hour, which is short for a sales webinar, so look at Basic. Some B2B buyers find the look too salesy. Better pick when you sell to consumers or solo owners on cold traffic.

EverWebinar

The recorded twin of WebinarJam. Runs your best live webinar on a schedule, with timed offers. Cheapest on a yearly or two-year plan. Better pick when your live pitch already sells and you want it running every day.

Demio

Runs in the browser, no download. Clean look, calls to action and CRM links. Recorded webinars start on Growth, not Starter. Better pick when you want live and recorded in one polished tool for B2B.

Livestorm

A browser-based platform aimed at companies, priced by attendee credit. Up to 3,000 live attendees. Better pick when you sell to companies and want demos, lead gen and team seats in one place.

eWebinar

Recorded only. Among pre-recorded webinar platforms, its stand-out is chat: people ask questions during the replay and you answer later. Priced by how many webinars and sign-ups you run. Better pick when you want an automated webinar that still feels personal.

WebinarNinja

Live, recorded and series webinars in one tool, priced by seat. Better pick when you want both modes and a simple setup on a small budget.

Riverside

A recording studio first. The webinar plan is small (100 sign-ups). Better pick when the main goal is a clean recording to cut into content.

GoHighLevel

It is not one of the webinar hosting platforms. It holds the sign-up page, emails, texts, the CRM and the booking calendar around the room. Pair it with any platform above. See our GoHighLevel review.

5Free and cheap webinar platforms, and their limits

The cheapest paid rooms we found on 23 October 2026:

PlanPriceThe catch
WebinarJam Starter$39/mo yearly100 people, 1 hour cap
Demio Starter$45/mo yearly50 people, no recorded webinars
Zoom Webinars$66.67/mo yearlyStarting room; bigger rooms cost more
WebinarJam Basic$79/mo yearly500 people, 2 hours
Riverside Webinar$79/mo yearly100 sign-ups

Free plans exist, but most cap time, seats or branding. That works for a test, not for paid traffic. If your ads cost $20 a sign-up, a room that cuts off at the pitch costs you far more than the plan you skipped.

Few free plans allow 500 people. Plan on a paid plan at that size.

6How to set up a webinar platform for a sales webinar

The room is one part of a chain: sign-up, reminders, the room, then follow-up. Wire it in this order and test each link with a real sign-up before you spend on ads.

  1. Buy a plan that fits the whole webinar. A sales webinar runs 60 to 90 minutes, then a long question and answer close. Most low booking rates come from a short close. Stay in it for an hour or more. So skip any plan that caps you at one hour. For seats, plan on about 30% of sign-ups in the room at once, plus some spare.
  2. Keep the sign-up page in your CRM. Pass first name, email, phone and the ad source into the room, so each person gets their own join link and you can see which ad brought them. Send yourself a test sign-up and check it lands in both places.
  3. Split the reminders. The room sends a few short reminders with the join link: on sign-up, about 30 hours, 20 hours and 10 hours before, and 6 minutes before. Your CRM sends the longer emails that warm people up, and the texts. Don't text the join link. People then watch on a phone and fewer stay to buy. Send it by email and calendar invite.
  4. Set up the room for the pitch. Camera and slides, chat on, one person moderating the chat, and a booking button that appears when the pitch starts. Pin the booking link in the chat too. The link opens your questions and calendar in one flow.
  5. Send attendance back to the CRM. Tag each person: stayed to the pitch, left before the pitch, or never came. Track how many of the peak live viewers are still there when the pitch starts. Aim for 80% or more.
  6. Let the tags run the follow-up. Setters call people who attended but did not book first, then sign-ups who never came. No-shows get a 5 to 6 day replay sequence with a hard expiry; one operator reported it roughly doubled revenue from the same ad spend.
  7. Count each webinar's bookings the same way every time. Count only calls booked after the webinar starts and within 7 days of it. If someone signed up for an earlier webinar, their booking belongs to that one. Otherwise a good week hides a bad one.

7Live, automated or pre-recorded?

Go live first. Operators commonly report about 3x to 5x return on cold traffic at scale, and about one point lower once the webinar is automated. When you do automate, run the recording at set times, not as an instant replay: fewer people show, but more stay to the end. For live, Zoom, WebinarJam, Demio or Livestorm. For set times, EverWebinar, eWebinar or Demio. The automated webinar page covers when each wins and how the reminders and offer change.

8What matters more than the platform?

Whether people show up, stay for the pitch and book a call. The funnel around the software decides that.

NumberBenchmark
Cost per sign-up, cold$10 to $15 great, $15 to $20 average, over $30 rarely works
Live attendance, coldabout 20% average, 30%+ good, 10% to 15% means something is broken
Days between sign-up and webinarsame-day sign-ups can show at 40%+, 3+ days out about 10% or less
Attendees who book a callabout 30%
Show rate on those calls70%+
Close rate on those calls35%+

Those are other operators' benchmarks. Ours, from live webinar funnels we built:

$1,230,101for Blake Mathews in 60 days on cold webinars, 300+ booked calls
664booked calls in three months, for one client
$7.08per sign-up, $1.35 a click, on one cold webinar

Results are not typical. None of them came from picking a fancier room. They came from cheap sign-ups, reminders, a pitch that sells the call, and a booking flow. Read the cases: $0 to $1.23M in 60 days, $40,000 on $710 of ads and $66 per booked call on a $15K B2B offer.

Promote 3 days out at most. Most consumer webinars run around 7pm Eastern.

Check your own numbers with the show rate calculator. If the room is fine and calls still do not turn into clients, find the exact bottleneck in your business.

9Worked example: Dana picks a platform, then fixes attendance

Dana is a made-up business coach with a $6,000 program. She runs one live webinar a week on cold ads, about 250 sign-ups each, and keeps leads in GoHighLevel. Her room budget is about $100 a month.

The picker gives her WebinarJam Basic ($79 a month, yearly, 500 seats, 2 hours) and Zoom Webinars. She picks WebinarJam for the timed offer. Then she fixes what matters more: reminders, a same-week sign-up window and a replay.

Ten points of attendance, $30,000 more
15% attend$48,000
  • 1,000 sign-ups, 150 attend
  • 45 book, 32 show
  • 8 clients at $6,000
25% attend$78,000
  • 1,000 sign-ups, 250 attend
  • 75 book, 53 show
  • 13 clients at $6,000

Made-up example. Same platform, same $79 a month. 30% book, 70% show, 25% close in both.

If your numbers look like Dana's and you want the whole funnel built around the room, see if you qualify.

10What to do this week

  1. Run the picker and copy your setup plan. Take a trial of your first pick.
  2. Check the plan's time limit covers 90 minutes plus the close.
  3. Send a test sign-up. Check it reaches the CRM and gets its own join link.
  4. Set the room's reminders with the link, and the CRM's texts without it.
  5. Promote no more than 3 days out.
  6. Turn on the attendance tags and the no-show replay with a real deadline.
  7. After the webinar, put your numbers in the tool at the top of this page.

Frequently asked questions

What is the best platform for a webinar?

For a coach selling high ticket on live webinars, WebinarJam or Zoom Webinars. For recorded webinars, EverWebinar or eWebinar. For B2B, Livestorm, Demio or Zoom. The best one is the one that gets people to show up and book, so pick by your funnel, not by features.

Is a webinar the same as Zoom?

No. A webinar is an online presentation to many people at once. Zoom is one tool you can run it on. Zoom Meetings is for calls where everyone can talk. Zoom Webinars is a separate paid product where the audience watches and asks questions.

Are webinars still effective in 2026?

Yes, for offers that need teaching and trust first. One of our clients collected $1,230,101 in 60 days from cold traffic sent to live webinars. Results are not typical. See are webinars still effective for the full answer.

What are some popular webinar apps?

Zoom Webinars, GoTo Webinar, WebinarJam, EverWebinar, Demio, Livestorm, eWebinar, WebinarNinja and Riverside. Prices and limits for each are in the table on this page, checked 23 October 2026.

What is the cheapest webinar platform?

Of the paid plans we checked on 23 October 2026, WebinarJam Starter was lowest at $39 a month billed yearly, but it caps webinars at 1 hour and 100 people. Demio Starter was $45 a month yearly for 50 people.

Is there a free webinar platform?

Some tools have free plans, but most cap time, seats or branding. That works for a test. For paid traffic, a paid plan is cheaper than losing people when the room cuts off.

Can GoHighLevel host a webinar?

GoHighLevel's pricing page does not list a webinar room. Coaches use it for the sign-up page, reminders, CRM and booking calendar, and run the webinar itself on Zoom, WebinarJam or a similar tool.

Should I run my webinar live or automated?

Live first. Automated webinars return about one point less on ad spend than live, so automate only once the live pitch sells. Our automated webinar page has the math.
