ClickFunnels is software for building sales funnels. A funnel is a short run of pages that walks a buyer to one action: opt in, watch, buy, or book.
It started as a page builder. Today it also does email, courses, communities, a store, a simple CRM and checkout.

2ClickFunnels 2.0 vs ClickFunnels Classic: what changed?
Classic is the older platform. It still has its own site, clickfunnelsclassic.com. The plans on clickfunnels.com today are for the current platform, the one marketed as ClickFunnels 2.0.
The current platform puts more than pages in one account. The pricing page now lists email, courses, communities, stores, a CRM pipeline, calendars, appointments and a message hub next to the funnel builder.
If you are new, you will sign up for the current platform. Classic matters only if you have an old account or old training that shows different screens.
3How much does ClickFunnels cost in 2026?
ClickFunnels pricing has four plans. Each one raises the caps on contacts, team and email. Yearly billing saves $194, $394 or $594 a year on the first three.

5What is ClickFunnels good at?
- Selling from the page. Order forms, order bumps and one-click upsells are what it was built for.
- Email without a meter. 50,000 sends a month on Launch. On GoHighLevel the same sends cost about $33.75 on top of the plan.
- Fast to learn. It does fewer things than an all-in-one CRM, so there are fewer settings to get wrong.
- Courses and community in the same account. 3 of each on Launch.
- A money-back promise. 30 days after the trial. We did not find one on GoHighLevel's pricing page.
6Where does ClickFunnels fall short for coaches who sell on calls?
A high-ticket coach makes money after the opt-in: booking, reminders, follow-up, and a setter working a pipeline. That is where ClickFunnels is weakest.

Follow-up is where calls are won. About 80% of appointments come after 5 to 8 follow-ups, and much of that is texting. Calling a lead within 60 seconds makes a close far more likely.
Speed on the booking step matters too. Operators commonly report that a slow booking widget cut completion to 30%, while a fast step held 65% to 70%. Test yours on a phone before you buy ads.
7How to build a call funnel in ClickFunnels that books calls
If you stay on ClickFunnels and sell on calls, build these five things. Skip one and you pay for it in cost per call.
- The video page. A headline that says who it is for and what they get. Then the video. Then the questions and the calendar. 2 to 15 minutes works for business owners and other buyers with money. The general public needs longer. Write the video with our VSL master skill.
- Questions and calendar on one page. About half of qualified applicants never book when the form and the calendar sit on separate pages. Ask about 3 typed questions, not 10. At 3, lead quality and cost per call balance. On ClickFunnels this needs Scale, because Launch has no calendar.
- Two pages after the form. People who fit go to the confirmation page. People who do not fit go to a not-a-fit page with a cheaper offer or a free guide. Put your ad pixel's booking event on the confirmation page only, so the ads find more people who fit.
- A confirmation page that does work. Not "thanks, check your email". Put one short video at the top that answers the 3 to 5 questions your closer hears most, or gives a real reason to act now. One urgency video at the top can raise show rate by 19%. Under it: real screenshots of client messages, the phone number your team texts from, and what happens next.
- Reminders. Email plus text. Send them 24 hours before, the morning of, and 1 hour before. In ClickFunnels, texts need Twilio connected in MessageHub first. Start the carrier registration on day one. It takes days, not minutes.
Then run it on your phone as a lead before you spend on ads. Book, get the reminders, miss the call, rebook. If cost per call is still high after that, find the exact bottleneck in your business before you blame the software.

11How do you cancel ClickFunnels, and who runs it?
- Open Workspace Settings at the bottom of the left menu.
- Click Billing. Your Customer Center opens in a new tab.
- Go to Subscriptions, click the three dots next to your plan, then Manage Subscription.
- Click Cancel Subscription and finish every confirmation step. The first click alone does not cancel.
When you cancel, your funnels go offline. Export what you need. Withdraw any money held in Payments AI first. Cancel your own customers' subscriptions if you want their billing to stop.
