Done-For-You Funnel: What You Get, Cost and Timeline

A done-for-you funnel is a full client acquisition system that an agency builds and launches for you: ads, pages, video or webinar, application, calendar, follow-up, sales scripts and tracking. You supply the offer and proof. We build and launch it in 14 days. Ad spend stays in your own account.

Blake Mathews's brand new offer went from $0 to $1,230,101 in 60 days on cold traffic webinars. Results are not typical.

1What is a done-for-you funnel?

A sales funnel is the path from a stranger seeing an ad to paying you. A done-for-you sales funnel is one an agency builds for you. Like any done-for-you marketing, you don't learn the software, hire freelancers or write the emails.

You bring an offer that already sells. You record a few short videos from scripts we write. You approve each piece and take the calls.

Myth

A done-for-you funnel is a landing page and a template.

Fact

The pages are the easy part. Only about 10% of leads book a call on their own. The calls come from the follow-up, the booking flow, the reminders and the sales team.

What each piece says, top to bottom

This is the build spec. If an agency quote can't fill this table for you, it is a template.

PieceWhat is on it, in order
AdsAbout 6 angles from your sales calls, each in 3 to 5 versions: a pain hook, a result hook, a "why the old way fails" hook. Each one ends by naming who it is for.
Landing pageA headline that repeats the ad's promise, the video, the form. No menu and no links out.
VideoHook, why you, the reason buyers want it, the offer, the top objections, who it is not for, then the call to apply. For business owners we keep it 2 to 15 minutes.
Application5 to 7 tap questions, about 3 typed at most. The time picker is the last question.
Confirmation pageOne hero video, the "accept the invite" step, short answer videos, client wins, the number you text from.
Poor-fit pageA cheaper offer or a free resource. No pixel, so the ads keep looking for buyers.
Pre-call emails14 emails in the 72 hours before the call: 5 on day 1 to build belief, 4 on day 2 to answer objections with proof, 5 on day 3 to frame the decision. The last goes 10 minutes before the call, with the link.
Texts and callsA text within 3 minutes, a selfie video from the closer that names one form answer, then touches 24 hours out, the morning of, and 1 hour before.
Sales scriptsA setter script for leads who opted in but didn't book, a closer script, and a reason logged for every call that doesn't close.

That last line matters most. "Lead quality is bad" tells you nothing. "Couldn't afford it" fixes the form. "Too many questions left" fixes the video. "Needs to ask their partner" means the partner gets invited next time.

3Which funnel should you get: VSL, webinar or application?

Price and team decide it.

FunnelBest forTeam neededPlan for
VSL funnel$5,000 and up, buyers who know the problemA closer, ideally setters$100 to $300 per booked call
Webinar funnelAbout $1,000 to $5,000, or buyers who need teaching firstA closer for the calls after$15 to $20 per sign-up on average
Application funnel$5,000 and up when you take the calls yourselfYou$100 to $300 per booked call, fewer and better calls

Under about $1,000, a sales call rarely pays. Sell with a checkout instead. We don't build low-ticket funnels. See funnel types for that path.

Each build: done-for-you VSL funnel, done-for-you webinar funnel, and the high ticket funnel guide for $5,000 and up offers.

7What results should you expect in the first 90 days?

Month 1 is for learning. Months 2 and 3 fix the weakest step. It can take 2 to 3 months to dial a new funnel in.

Month 1 runs below months 2 and 3

Other operators' numbers, not ours.

NumberMonth 1Months 2, 3
Show rate40% to 50%60%+
Close rate, one call20% to 25% is usual25%; 30%+ is above average
Cost per booked call$100 to $300; $500 to $1,000 for long sales cycles or very big tickets
Winning ads1 or 2 out of 30
Webinar returnAbout break-even when it is not working yet3x to 5x when it works
Cash floorAt least $1.20 back for every $1 of ads

At low volume, a show rate moving from 60% to 45% over a few weeks is often just noise. Judge the funnel on a month, not a week.

11Worked example: Grace's first 90 days

Grace is a made-up business coach, not a client result. She sells an $8,000 program, makes $30,000 a month and has one closer. A VSL funnel fits. She spends $200 a day.

LineMonth 1Months 2 and 3, each
Ad spend$6,000$6,000
Cost per booked call$200$150
Booked calls3040
Show rate50% = 15 calls60% = 24 calls
Close rate20% = 3 clients25% = 6 clients
Sales$24,000$48,000

That is $120,000 on $18,000 of ads over 90 days. Month 2 improved because she added a video to the confirmation page and fixed the ads that cost the most per call. In one funnel, one video on the confirmation page raised show rate by 19%.

12What to do this week

  1. Run the chooser at the top. Note the funnel and the cost per booked call to plan for.
  2. Check your offer has sold, with clients who got real results.
  3. Pull 10 recorded sales calls. They become the script.
  4. Decide who takes the calls on day 14: you or a closer.
  5. Set a daily ad budget you can hold for 90 days, from $150 a day.
  6. Put your numbers in the 90-day tool and bring them to your call.

Before any build, audit what you already have. Get the client acquisition system audit skill and run it on your current funnel.

Frequently asked questions

What is a done-for-you funnel?

A done-for-you funnel is a client acquisition system an agency builds and launches for you: ads, pages, a video or webinar, an application, a calendar, follow-up, sales scripts and tracking. You bring the offer and proof. The agency builds the rest.

What does done for you mean?

Done for you means the work is done by someone else, start to finish. You don't learn the software or write the copy. You approve each piece and take the sales calls. Done with you means they coach you while you build it yourself.

Do sales funnels really work?

They work when the offer already sells and someone follows up every lead. Operators commonly report only about 10% of leads book a call on their own, so the follow-up and the sales team matter as much as the pages.

How much does a done-for-you funnel cost?

Ours is a one-time five-figure install, with the exact number on the call and no retainer to start. Ad spend is separate. You pay it straight to Meta from your own ad account, from $150 a day.

How long does it take to build a done-for-you funnel?

We build and launch ours in 14 days from kickoff. If it isn't live and taking bookings by then, we keep working for free until it is. The clock pauses while a step is waiting on you.

Is a funnel a CRM?

No. The funnel is the path a buyer takes: ad, page, video, application, call. The CRM is where every lead, call and sale is stored. A done-for-you build should set up both and connect them.

How do you build your own funnel?

Pick one funnel for your price, write the video from your real sales calls, put the application and calendar on one page, set texts and calls within minutes of every opt-in, and add reminders. Then track cost per booked call, show rate and close rate.

Do you guarantee revenue?

No, and be careful of anyone who does. Our guarantee covers the build being live and taking bookings on time. Results depend on your offer, your ad spend and how well your team works the calls.
