No flow of new members and no path up

A free group with no steady flow of new members does not grow, and a paid tier with no path into it does not fill up.

The job was to move strangers into the free group, free members into a low-ticket offer, and the most serious buyers onto a sales call for the high-ticket program.

2What we built: a free group with something to buy at every level

Meta ads

We built Meta ads that send cold people into the free Skool community.

The free Skool community

People join for free. Its about box leads with promises about funding, referrals and earning per deal. It grew to 23,403 members.

A low-ticket offer inside

Inside the free group, members are offered something small to buy. That is the first payment.

The paid tier

Above the free group sits a paid group at $697 a year. 659 members pay for it.

Booked calls for the high-ticket program

The most serious members book a call for the high-ticket program.

A sales team

The calls are worked by a sales team, who close the high-ticket sales.

  1. Before$12K a month

The offer was doing $12K a month before we came in.

  2. Day of post$415K collected, plus $150,000

$415K on the payment account since January 2026. Another $150,000 came in through Skool and Whop on top of that.

  3. Day before$15,026 in one day

11 payments from 3 customers. The post called it consistent $10K days back to back.

Paid tier, per year659 × $697 (our home page says about $459,000)about $459,300
Paid tier, per month$697 ÷ 12about $58
Cash per customer on the posted day$15,026 ÷ 3about $5,009

The average paid membership is about $50 a month. $697 a year is about $58 a month, so the paid tier is priced close to normal. The money is in the number of members and in what sits above the paid tier.

Annual plans usually come with about a 17% discount and lower churn. This paid tier is sold by the year.

About 10% of people who join a free community end up buying, when a third of them get onto calls and 30% to 50% of those close. Here 2.8% buy the paid tier alone.

6Every level needs a next thing to buy, up to a sales call

1. A free door that kept getting new people

Meta ads sent cold people into the free group. That is how it reached 23,403 members.

2. Something to buy at every level

A low-ticket offer inside the free group. A paid tier at $697 a year. A high-ticket program on a call. A member can say yes to the next step whenever they are ready.

3. Calls for the people ready to go big

On one posted day, 3 customers paid $15,026 between them, about $5,009 each. That kind of number does not come from a $58 a month tier alone.

Putting a group in front of sales calls can drop cost per call from about $250 to about $40. The group warms people up before they ever talk to sales.

What to copy this week

  1. Count your free and paid members. Paid divided by free is your conversion. Write it down.
  2. Write the next step for each level. Free to low ticket. Low ticket to paid. Paid to a call. If a step is missing, that is the gap.
  3. Add a low-ticket offer inside your free group. Something small that gets a first payment.
  4. Offer the paid tier by the year. Annual plans keep members longer.
  5. Put a book-a-call link where serious members see it. The biggest buyers need a clear way to talk to you.
  6. Send new people into the group every week. Ads, content or both. A group with no new members goes quiet.
